Last updated: 26 June 2026
At Brume Blanche Yachting®, we are committed to providing safe, memorable and professionally managed private boating experiences. These Terms & Conditions outline the terms under which we operate and set clear expectations for both Brume Blanche and our guests.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all private boat experiences, enquiries, reservations and services provided under the registered trademark Brume Blanche Yachting® (National Trademark Registration No. 752943), licensed as a Maritime Tourism Operator under RNAAT No. 971/2025.
By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
All experiences are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Brume Blanche.
The details of each experience, including date, time, vessel, duration, number of guests and any additional services, will be confirmed in writing prior to departure.
2. Payments
Payment conditions will be communicated during the booking process. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
All payments must be received in full prior to the experience commencing.
3. Cancellation by the Client
The following cancellation terms apply to all client-initiated cancellations:
• More than 20 days before the scheduled experience: 100% refund
• Between 7 and 20 days before the scheduled experience: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the scheduled experience: no refund
• No-show: no refund

4. Weather, Sea Conditions and Rescheduling
All experiences are subject to suitable weather and sea conditions. Safety is our paramount concern.
If weather or sea conditions prevent the experience from taking place safely, Brume Blanche will first offer the option to reschedule the experience at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not available or is declined by the client, Brume Blanche will issue a refund of 90% of the amount paid.
Final decisions regarding safety and suitability of conditions rest solely with the skipper and crew.
5. Boarding Location and Timing
Standard boarding location:
Troia Marina,
Pier D27
Península de Tróia, Portugal.
Alternative boarding locations within the Municipality of Setúbal may be arranged by prior written agreement subject to operational and regulatory availability.
The final meeting point, boarding location and departure time will be confirmed with the client in advance of the scheduled experience.
Guests should arrive at the agreed meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival may reduce the duration of the experience or result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
6. Safety on Board
Guests must comply with all safety instructions and directions given by the skipper and crew at all times.
Maximum certified passenger capacity must always be respected. These limits are established by the vessel's certification and are non-negotiable.
Brume Blanche may refuse boarding or interrupt an experience whenever the safety of guests, crew or other persons is compromised, or where the conduct of a guest is inappropriate or poses a risk to the operation.
7. Children and Minors
Children are welcome on board and must be under the continuous supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Brume Blanche does not provide childcare or supervision services.
Life jackets and appropriate safety equipment will be provided and must be worn whenever required by the skipper or applicable regulations.
8. Swimming and Water Entry
Swimming is only permitted when expressly authorised by the skipper and only when the vessel is stationary and conditions are safe.
Guests who cannot swim should inform the crew before departure. Participation in swimming is entirely voluntary.
Guests must wear life jackets or other approved flotation devices when entering the water, as directed by the crew.
9. Water Activities
Subject to weather, sea conditions and the skipper's decision, Brume Blanche may offer recreational water activities such as swimming, snorkelling and other aquatic pursuits.
Participation in water activities is entirely voluntary. The skipper may suspend, refuse or interrupt any activity whenever safety conditions require.

Pets are accepted only by prior written agreement with Brume Blanche and remain under the owner's sole responsibility and control at all times.
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet.

Guests may be held responsible for damage caused through negligent, reckless or intentional behaviour. Compensation will correspond to the actual repair or replacement cost, where legally applicable.
Any apparent damage must be reported to the crew immediately.
15. Photography and Social Media
Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use and to share them through their personal social media channels.
Brume Blanche appreciates being tagged whenever appropriate.

Brume Blanche will never use guests' images for marketing or promotional purposes without obtaining prior written consent whenever required by applicable law.
16. Changes to Itineraries
Routes, timings, itineraries and ports of call may be adjusted at any time due to weather, sea conditions, safety requirements or operational considerations.
Changes will be communicated to guests as soon as practicable. Such adjustments do not entitle guests to cancellation or refund.
17. Alcohol and Guest Conduct
Moderate consumption of alcohol may be permitted. Brume Blanche may refuse boarding or immediately interrupt an experience in the event of excessive alcohol consumption, inappropriate conduct or unsafe behaviour.
No refund will be issued where an experience is terminated due to guest conduct.

By participating in a Brume Blanche experience, guests confirm that they are in adequate physical health and fitness for the selected experience.
Guests must inform Brume Blanche in advance of any medical condition, medication, disability, pregnancy or health concern that may affect their safety or others, or that may be affected by physical activity or sun exposure.
Guests with uncertain health status should consult with a medical professional before participating.
19. Force Majeure
